Where We Ship From
All orders are processed and shipped from New Zealand.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • New Zealand (Domestic): 3–5 business days

  • International: Delivery time varies by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Standard Shipping (within New Zealand): $10 NZD

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 NZD qualify for free express shipping

  • Express Shipping (Worldwide): $15 NZD (optional at checkout)

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package has shipped so you can follow its journey.

P.O. Boxes / APO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
